Vivo Nex 5, a display selfie cam, and a quad-curve screen believed by two tipsters might be launched in the second half of this year. The tipsters have also leaked some of the rumoured smartphone’s features, but they have different charging capacity claims. Although one states that the 66W wired and 40W wireless fast charging is available on the phone, the other claims that the phone is 120W Wired and 60W Wireless rapid charging are general.
The same tipster also says that the rumoured Vivo smartphone carries a battery of 4,500mAh with a Wired charging system of 66W and 40W. However, in a Weibo update, another tipster named Bald Panda said the Vivo Nex 5 comes with 120W wired charging and 60W wireless fast charging. The other post also says the IP68 dust and water resistance rating will be provided on the handset. Still, Vivo didn’t say anything about the rumoured phone. The company recently introduced the Vivo X60t. In other Vivo-related news, A 6.56-inch full HD+ AMOLED display and a MediaTek Dimension 1100 octa-core SoC, along with 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage, are featured on the smartphone.
Although nothing is official yet, this new leak in the market has left the mobile fanatics biting nails. The specifications of the phone make it sound like a top-tier power-packed phone. The processor in the phone is great for gaming and an overall seamless experience. The Vivo name has been in the market for quite some time now and has quite the reputation; it came up with models that competed with big-time tech giants like Samsung and Moto. Indeed, the news of a new launch sparked some excitement amongst users, even though nothing has been made official. Even the leaks’ source is unknown yet, but rumour has undoubtedly given it good publicity for whenever it comes out. Given the global situation currently, the company would want to put new gadgets in the market as there are chances people might not want to invest money in a phone. However, nothing stops the fanatics. Most of the phone reviews have been tremendous, but maybe the company would hold the release if it at all plans to launch the phone until the market solidifies some more, or perhaps they’ll just milk the rumours and the heightened excitement for a bit. Whatever the case is, the mobile fanatics should just sit back, keep an attentive eye on their favourite tech catalogue, and hope for some good news among these difficult times.
