Either a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 or Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC would power the Neo 7 5G. The device is powered by a 5000mAh battery with 120W fast charging.
A triple rear camera system on the iQOO Neo 7 5G will handle photography. It consists of a 64MP primary camera and two 2MP cameras. A 16MP front-facing camera will be available for selfies and video calls. Out of the box, the device will boot Android 13.
The phone is expected to have MediaTek Dimensity 9000 Plus processor with 8 GB RAM, 6.78 inches (17.22 cm) display. 50 MP + 8 MP + 2 MP rear camera setup. 16 MP front-facing selfie camera. 5000 mAh capacity battery.
