Good news for Oprah Winfrey fans! The queen of chat show will make a live appearance on king of social network Facebook on 8th of this month. Her Live video interview will be broadcasted for 1 hour at 1:30 P.M. Pacific and 4:30 P.M. Eastern Time.
In the interview, she will be seen answering a host of questions. Fans have been invited to shoot questions to their favourite luminary with an assurance that they might be lucky to hear Oprah respond to their query during the streaming of the show.
Oprah’s relation with Facebook is not unknown to people. She is a regular visitor of Facebook and has over 6.2 million fans. She also has an official section in Flipboard; an iPad based magazine application. To add to her popularity, she also has an account on micro-blogging site Twitter with over 7.2 million followers.
Along with Facebook’s weekly updates, Winfrey has been constantly acting in response to her fans and uploading and sharing pictures of both her office and her meetings every now and then on Twitter. Winfrey adjoins herself to the list of renowned guests at the headquarters of Facebook along with President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama.
A source revealed that Winfrey is looking forward to sit with executives in the coming week to gain utmost knowledge about the future prospect of the Web, methods to revive her site Oprah.com as well as the best methods to connect to social media.
Apart from the Live chat show, she will also attend Chief Operating Officer of Facebook; Shery Sandberg’s dinner event exclusively organised for women.
